Subaru is back with a huge comeback in Copenhagen!

After several years without sales representation of the brand in such an important area as Greater Copenhagen / Ballerup - Subaru finally returns with Rafn-Larsen Automobiler at the helm.

With the launch of the third brand from the land of the rising sun, Rafn-Larsen names the business "The Japanese Car House", to clearly communicate that all three brands are genuine Japanese."

Subaru became part of the car universe in 1953 when Subaru Corporation was founded in Japan.

The name "Subaru" can best be translated into Danish as "to unite". If you've heard of a star cluster, you may also be familiar with the Pleiades, which is a well-known example of a star cluster. If not, a star cluster is simply a collection of stars.

In Japanese astrology, the Pleiades represent rebirth and strength, and "Subaru" is the Japanese name for the Pleiades.

The stars in the logo represent "the six shining units". The five small stars represent the five companies that together form the large sixth star - which was then Fuji Heavy Industries, and today is known as Subaru Corporation.

About the cars themselves

The very first Subaru hit the roads in 1958 and was named the “Subaru 360”. Subaru's unique Boxer engine made its debut in 1966, and the symmetrical all-wheel drive was introduced in 1972.

Today, Subaru is the world's largest manufacturer of all-wheel drive vehicles, with 1 million all-wheel drive cars sold each year.

For Subaru, the most important focus is on high safety, with the goal of building the world's safest cars.

Subaru comes with three fantastic, safe and all-wheel drive cars. A Forester, Outback & Subaru XV. The models have the same high level of safety, and everything is included in all models.

A Subaru always has all-wheel drive. This is primarily what creates the high level of safety.  Additionally, it also provides maximum traction capacity, off-road capabilities, and much more.

So, which model should you choose, when all three have the same high level of safety?

Well, your choice basically depends on which of the three models YOU feel most comfortable with and what role it should fulfill in your everyday life.

Overvies of the models

Subaru XV - The safe choice for maximum and optimal Subaru feeling in a compact format. Top-class safety and fantastic off-road capabilities.

Forester - is a workhorse that is more than suitable for gravel roads and mud, but is also highly competent for long car journeys and city driving.

Outback - surpasses everything in terms of safety, space and towing capacity. Extremely suitable for all kinds of activities. Outback was the first of its kind in the world - and still number 1. The model is the brand's best-selling of its kind.

Solterra - The Subaru Solterra is Subaru's first all-electric vehicle and is designed with the environment in mind, making it a great choice for eco-conscious buyers. The Solterra has a roomy interior with plenty of space for passengers and cargo, making it a practical choice for families and those who need to carry lots of gear.

It is equipped with Subaru's all-wheel drive system, which will give it great traction and stability on all types of terrain.

The Solterra has a lot of advanced features, including a large infotainment screen, wireless charging, and advanced safety systems.

Overall, the Subaru Solterra is a highly anticipated vehicle that promises to be a great addition to Subaru's lineup. With its combination of sustainability, spaciousness, off-road capabilities, and advanced technology, it's sure to appeal to a wide range of buyers.

Choose a Subaru - Don't compromise on safety, save on price!

Subaru always comes with plenty of equipment as standard, and this should be remembered when comparing prices with other cars. In fact, Subaru is very competitive compared to models from other car brands.

Subaru sells 1 million four-wheel drive cars every year.

The world leader in all-wheel drive. All-wheel drive has been a hallmark of Subaru since 1972. Subaru's unique "Active Torque Split" system means that you can essentially get traction from just one wheel when you're stuck and need to get free.

Subaru is not only a superior towing vehicle with all-wheel drive, it has become a favorite among horse owners, boaters, campers, and many others. But all-wheel drive is much more than just that, and that's why it's relevant to you – and you may be wondering why.

Fundamentally, driving a car is also about confidence. If you are confident in your car, you will drive more relaxed and safely - and with that, you will also drive better. You become calmer knowing that your Subaru is driving exactly as you steer it - even in slippery conditions.  So, you get a much stronger grip on the road, which helps you avoid skids.

This increases your safety because your Subaru is so predictable.

Safety and security are keywords for a Subaru.

The Subaru Forester has been noted for the highest safety rating ever recorded for a tested car!"
