Reliable, professional, and cost-free assistance from Mazda if your car experiences a breakdown, is stolen, or if you are involved in an accident. All new cars registered from November 2013 come with 12 months of Mazda Mobility Service. Therefore, you can safely travel throughout Europe, and we are always ready to help you!
How to extend the period of free Mazda Mobility Service
We provide you with 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first) of Mazda Mobility Service every time you have a service check carried out at one of our authorized Mazda workshops in Denmark, until the car reaches 10 years old. This also applies to cars registered before November 2013. A service check at an authorized Mazda workshop also triggers 12 months or 20,000 km of Mazda Mobility Service until the car reaches 10 years old.
Just call if you need help. The following is included:
- Assistance 24 hours a day in case of breakdown or accident, at home or on the road.
- Help on the spot or towing the car to the nearest authorized Mazda workshop.
- Rental car
- Taxi
- Bus, plane, or train Hotel for you and your passengers
